This is No Skinhead because he had red laces and that means Punk or Oi. Skinheads or Nazis wear white laces. So why did he do that?

laces don't *really* mean anything. but generally white laces = white pride. but if a nazi skin wears red laces it means he's willing to shed blood for his race. you'll see a lot of WP skins with white or red laces.
