I actually just ordered it from the HMV japan site...Estimated delivery to brooklyn was March 24th..not bad. The Japanese version was in stock, the American version has a later release date. Not sure the difference, but I'm not interested in the extras anyway. Just wanted the cd.

yea I thought it was weird too, but I'm hoping even if it's not the 24th it'll still be much earlier than the 9th...we'll see.
I ordering something unrelated to music from Canada and even that took about 4 business days. Seems too good to be true

I hope Cilvaringz sends out the album earlier than April 9th for those of us who pre-ordered. Knowing that the Japanese already have theirs available is going to make this wait that much more hard.
