You need a pretty fast pc to run it at a good framerate. I have a i5 clocked to 4.2 ghz and a 5850 oc'd as well and I only got 30 fps. Playing 1080p. But without the mod GTA plays like a turd as well. One of the worst optimized ports I've ever played.
