Default Ghostface Killah - Hidden Darts Special Edition

How do you rate Hidden Darts?

Hidden Darts contains many previously unreleased tracks and remixes as well as some new bangers. I am not a fan of a remix if it brings little or nothing new to the table or the beat is not improved over the original. That being said I don't believe the remixes for 9 milli bros. or cher chez la ghost do bring anything new and probably should have been left off. This is my review

    1. Hidden Darts -4- kind of goofy simplistic hook but a good intro song
    2. The Watch -4- unreleased track I heard years ago
    3. Belt Holders -4- grimey underground shit
    4. In the parks -2- nice little track but too short
    5. When you walk -4- another unreleased track wasn't this called box in hand (remix)?
    6. Murda Goons -5- the highlight of the album a grimey classic
    7. Odd Couple -4- another solid track capp sounds good here
    8. good times -4- another unreleased banger
    9. Cher chez la ghost remix -3- blah
    10. Milk crates -2- good but too short
    11. Return of theodore unit -4- good new track
    12. 9 mm remix -4- even a mediocre beat can't ruin these vocals
    13. The Sun -5- classic, old though
    14. Mama -4- don't see how this is any better than the original
    15. Love Stories -3- ehh another wigs track
    16. Wise -3- average track
    17. No No No -4- Good sample usage here like this track a lot.
    18. Black Cream -4- while my guitar gently weeps sample carries this tune
    19. Drummer -4- Another solid track revisited
    20. Late night arrival -3- not a big fan too short
    21. paycheck -4- good lyrical material and beat great hook
    22. Heard it all before -3- ok end to album not great

    81/22= 3.7 out of 5

overall a good album, not much great or classic material here

i thought it was ok. i mean its not like a waste of time or anything like that, but it aint no morefish either. if you're a big ghost fan like myself then its a must have, but if you're not then just pass.

most of the tracks on hidden darts can be downloaded from this site.

in the end i'd have to give it a 3 out of 5.

Is there anything new on that album?

Guess not, albums like these should be free to download.

I still think this is a must have for any wu head. Especially if you like Ghost. They may not have the best quality on some tracks or songs that you've heard before, but this not bad.

Top 3 Tracks: The Sun ft. Slick Rick, Raekwon & RZA. Return Of Theodore Unit ft. Wigs & Trife. Odd Couple ft. Cappadonna.

    Overall Grade: B-

"Belt Holders" is my SHITTTTT!!!! Love that beat...
As the world turns, I spread like germs
Bless the globe with the pestilence, the hard-headed never learn
It`s my testament to those burned
Play my position in the game of life, standin firm
on foreign land, jump the gun out the fryin pan, into the fire
Transform into the Ghostrider, a six-pack
and +A Streetcar Named Desire+, who got my back?
In the line of fire holdin back, what?
My peoples if you with me where the *bleep* you at?

    Shout out to O.C.F...STAND STRONG!!!

I love "Wise", comparable to "Holla" and "Big Girl", if you like Ghost rapping over old school soul stuff like I do.

I love "Wise" that's a fucking classic, heartfelt dedication to General Wise. it was original scheduled for Supreme Clientele (appears on the canadian version) but the really good version was a mixtape-joint that sounds more like a live-performance.
