What you do is hit the last couple of "freeze balloons" down the bottom. then try and hit the first ballons, land them on the freeze ones, and it should bounce down and hit all the ones at the end.

I did the opposite I angled the dart to hit the balloons then I hit the Ice balloons to reach 15
