Who said they have to be ten times better? lol The Bears were real close to making the playoffs last season and winning the division. It came down to the end. And it looks like they will have a better team than last season, so I don't know why they wouldn't be the favorites to win the division. lol
Dude, the NFC North is garbage. Of course they almost made it. The Bears haven't won more than 9 games in two seasons. Urlacher is getting older...like buddy above said, they have no WRs. Hester couldn't catch a cold if he stood naked in Antartica. With all the draft picks they gave up, I look for them to lose some depth in the next few years. The Vikes are for real, even though they're not dominant, they're contenders for the Playoffs and they'll battle with DUH BEARZ. And I guess you think the Packers are going to be shit this year. Not like Rodgers is going to improve at all this season, right?

And assuming two weeks ago you had nothing whatsoever to say about DUH BEARZ, you've made your choice automatically based on Cutler's arrival so yeah I'd say you think he makes them ten times, five times, or even two times better than they were. Which is true, but, only because Grossman and Orton are garbage and compared to them, Sage Rosenfels could've went to DUH BEARZ and made them atleast 10 times better at the QB Spot.

The Bears have a decent WR corps.... Davis, Hester, Lloyd (he still on the Bears?). Those guys are decent, and Olson is a good option at TE. Forte running the ball, and a good pass reciever outta the backfield....d.ecent Offensive line...adding Orlando Pace
Chicago's offense should be pretty good, altho, yea, they could still use a playmaker at reciever, but the guys they have are decent.
I think they elevated themselves in terms of next year.

True, he is getting up there, but if he is healthy, he is still better than most OT's in the league.

And yes Olson is pretty decent at the TE spot.
Overall though, I don't think the Bears are runaway favorites to win the Norris.

yea, thats when hockey was real...before they sold out and started moving teams to places like Carolina, Phoenix and Atlanta.
