2 Technics SL-1210 M5G Turntables
Pioneer DJM 3000 Mixer w/ Rotary Dials
Ortofon Concord Cartrides w/ Elektro Stylus

I use mk2 1210's myself, with stanton 500 styluses on technics headshells, some of my vnyls 15 years old so i need a heavy cart in case of the old skip or jump!

Ive got 3 mixers, a Numark dxm06, a Stanton smx 501 (which is really really good,) and a Gemini ps540i which has kill switches which are a good laugh.

yeah for mixing purposes not too useful but when i play hip hop and/or freestyle scratching, it comes in handy.

If you want something really dark, I'd recommend Future Prophecies, Calyx, or Ed Rush & Optical.

Roni Size is pretty laid back drum n bass. It's got a good jazz sound to it.

The only hardcore stuff I know is Angerfist (look for 'Dance with the Wolves'), Neophyte (if you can find 'I will have that power'), and Lady Dana (if you can find 'Gangster Gangster')

Theres some sloppy mixes on it to be fair but it was just the result of a quick shot on the decks!
