This is one of the first hip hop albums I heard. By far Cube's best album imo. To me this is arguably the greatest non-Wu related hip hop album of all time. It is such a solid, well rounded album. It covers more topics than pretty much any other album I can think of. It's got humour, it's got hard shit, it's got thoughtful tracks, great story telling, and possibly the greatest diss track ever. Some of the skits are fucken hilarious too. Damn, my buddies and me used to get such a kick out of this joint back in school. We'd be quoting shit from it all the time..."Bitch, bitch, how much for head?", haha. Fucken all time shit. It's such a well compiled album. A great assortment of tracks which deal with various issues that are put together to form one excellent collection of music.

10/10 for me. Classic.

It's a dope Westcoast classic this one. And it might be Ice Cube's best album ever. My favourite tracks on this are My Summer Vacation (dope beat + dope storytelling), A Bird In The Hand, True To The Game, No Vaseline etc.
When I first got this album I couldn't feel this one, but after a while I could feel it!!!! 8/10

I recently got this album from my older brother, an haven't heard like two of the tracks all the way through, but from what i heard on the other tracks its better than americas most wanted so its gotta be classic in my book. Sumtime he can get carried away wit his political raps, but he's my favorite mc of all time when it comes to controversial political rap shit. Cilvaringz can't even compare.

Classic album. He hasn't made a good album since Death Certificate. The Predator album was decent. Lethal Injection album sucked. War And Peace volume 1 and volume 2 albums sucked. His latest album Laugh Now Cry Later is decent. He'll never make a good album again. It's a shame he's trying to change with the times with his latest album by getting on the dicks of Scott Storch and Little John because they're supposedly 2 popular producers right now. I think Snoop Dogg shouldn't have been on his latest album. Why do so many rappers collaborate with Snoop? His lyrics are nothing special. I'm glad Ice Cube got political again on his latest album because he had stopped talking about politics and racism after Lethal Injection album.
