    Miles Davis "Kinda Blue"

    Dave Brubeck Quartet "Time Out"

    Sonny Rollins "Saxophone Collasus"

Thelonious Monk "Genius Of Modern Music Vol. 1"

There are more classic albums, but here are a few names you should look up:

Wes Montgomery, Dizzy Gillespie, Charly Parker, Oscar Peterson, Paul Desmond, Wynton Marsalis, Brandford Marsalis, Duke Ellington, Ella Friztgerald,Ahmad Jamal,...

Been listening to a lot of Haitian Jazz lately. It's nice to hear a Jazz standard after a Haitian Jazz make-over.

I plan on starting a thread on Haitian Jazz and posting a few tracks.

or i'll just post some tracks in here.

    anyone interested?

    later

Really?? When it's so hot you don't wanna move I find sitting on a deck or patio enjoying some cold beverages talking with a couple hotties with some jazz in the background is a great way to spend a summer afternoon!!
