And good to hear, Shalom7, I reckon that's the only way one can be in this day and age with every major organized religion so fucked-up. Whether you believe in him/it or not, only God can judge us, not fuckin' man.

And begongo, who knows, maybe one day you will be. I'm not saying you're wrong or whatever, but never be so staunch in your views that the acquisition of new knowledge has to be fit to your idea, y'know?
I swear I'm an athiest one day, a christian the next, muslim the day after...call me a traitor if you will, but I've still got a lot more to learn before I know what I'm doing. ...And that, searching knowledge, is revered by any religious text. Can't go wrong like that!)

Oh for sure man, im not one of those "its my way or the highway" kind of people. My beliefs are a combination of things, not just one. I study all types of spirituality, and get things out of them all. Who's to say theres just one way.......Jesus, Allah, Buddah, etc...... its all good man as long as its positive vibes.......i dont deal in no demonic shit!!!! LOL


you mentioned atheists......i think that our universe itself proves the existence of God. All of this complexity couldnt have "happened by accident".... There had to be a creative hand behind all of this. But im not an atheist-basher......a good friend of mine is an atheist, and even though we disagree on this, we are still great friends. I just think hes wrong!!! LOL

Keep searchin for that knowledge man.......knowledge is the key to anything.

anyway, there was one dude at my school who killed himself u year and a half ago ( R.I.P), and everyone who knew him said that he was always funny, active in socialising with others and had all straight A's at class.. nobody never asumed that he was down, or even able of commiting suicide, cuz his parents said he was always happy, helpful and in the good mood... he was very good at pretending everything's normal... i didnt know him well i just saw him every day and shit... so nobody knows why he hang himself, if he had perfect life... shit is fucked up... i wanted to share this...

Finally, something I can side with. My ol man was prescribed multiple medications for his chronic depression which had a very negative affect on him which eventually led to him trying to take his life during a bad stage of losing everything. He told me during that period he didnt know who he was or what he was doing.

Same thing happened to my Dad, he has OCD amd lost his job. One day he didnt know what to do with himself and trued to take his own life. Thank God I saved his life that day. How did that experience affect u?

I had a lot of problems, I almost had no real friends til 3 years back...so I was thinking of suicide all the time...now I don't really regret it, although I love to live now, that I have something to live...that's what every suicidal person must search...

and depression can be cured. but u gotta be strong. I can still be a mess sometimes though.

Why would anyone feel like that about themselves???? I dont understand this mentality of death/suicide/killing in todays world. Everyone says that just cause shit gets hard, you gotta go wack yourself (or someone else).

i just dont get it (and ive had some pretty hard times), but i love life and all it encompasses....

People need to be stronger in the face of adversity.....that's not a diss or a knock against anyone, but i see suicide as a weak way out......learn to face the challenges of life, not run from them...

some probably do it because they are disgusted with the system they are forced to live by. they choose not to take part of it. its do or die. everything is just so fucked up and you have no control over it.

I was in depression constantly this year....its funny, another of my problems is hyperactivity....so I'm always the craziest person or the saddest...but with the help of friends, I'm going better

I was getting better when I heard there is going to be a new Wu album...really it was about that time...december or something like that

if anybody has problems with depression I suggest some music u really really love....my choice was Return to the 36 Chambers....it makes me smile anytime...when Ol'Dirty (RIP) 'sings' SOOOOOOOOOOMEWHEREEEEEEE OVEEER THE RAINBOOOOOOW....that makes my day

in my opinion there is no such thing as "will to live" ... there is just inertia, continuing your present state ... you never make a conscious decision of willing to wake up the next day ... it just happens ... but you do make a decision when you take your life away ... so there only exists "will" when talking about "will to die" ..
it`s just like the fact that for example darkness doesn't really "exist" ... because darkness is the same inertia that just somehow "is" there ... only light truly "exists" because it is something that changes the previous inert state of the environment
perhaps i have expressed myself a bit blurry but i think you got my point
