it wouldn't happen all at once, couple cameras here, couple cameras there. Eventually they'd be everywhere but it'd happen at a pace that would sneak up on you. Just look at Britain if you need examples.

The average Londoner gets caught on camera somewhere around 300+ times a day. It's a big brother country but most of the time you either don't notice or just don't pay attention. It wouldn't surprise me if USA follow suit if they haven't already
Cameras are a good thing when it comes to prosecuting people but that's it, it doesn't stop crime like it's supposed to

Any public facility, it's almost guranteed to have a camera on you. Pretty soon we won't even be able to shit in privacy. There's camera's at alot of stoplights these days too.

It's not just the cameras. People are always watching you, watching what you say and do. Judging you, looking for an exscuse to call the cops on you.
I was walking through an empty field yesterday, and I seen an electric pole in the middle of nowhere. I thought, how long is until people start throwing cameras on these, for whatever reason.
