"Motherfuckers say that I'm foolish, that I only talk about jewells, do you fools listen to music or do you just skim through it?" - Jay-Z
copped Apollo Brown's "The Reset" on vinyl two days ago and Shyne's "Godfather Buried Alive" earlier today....
got a deal on both....first was only $10 and the Shyne was only 99 cents....
and more on the way
Redman - Reggie
and
Intelligent Hoodlum - Saga of a Hoodlum
two of the best instrumental hip hop LPs ever imo, for me my most recent purchases has been in the jazz department:
Keith Jarett - "The Köln Concert"
Keith Jarett/Gary Peacock/Jack DeJohnette - "Inside Out"
Joe Zawinul "Rise & Fall Of The Third Stream"
Chick Corea - "Converge"
Chick Corea - "Rendevouz in New York"
daily updates: news, articles, reviews, the best compilations on the net. that true skool street hop!
r.i.p. Johan D, Kaddu, Ricke a.k.a. "Slick Rick" and the rest of the fallen soldiers - you'll never be forgotten!
Got it from a site that generally abuses their apparent monopoly on CD's but since I'm a huge cypress hill fan it is essential to my collection.
Since it turned out to be clean I might return it, I just doubt they will give me another 11 dollar voucher that I used to pay for it.
^ Which website do you mean?
I was gonna pick up the new Beastie Boys today but they were sold out so I'll go back on Tuesday.
