    whers, I'm sorry but I can't give you any information bout that...I'm thinkin myself about doin some stuff with graphics and art in the future, right now I have no clue where to start...I'm in the same situation like you...
    but when your goal is to design and create covers and so on, I would say an Art Academy or something like that is the best first step...
    ask Razorsharp about that...he's a gfx student I think
