me and two of my boys were actually talking about this last night. there's two different videos with different angles of it. from one angle you can see the cops are behind him the whole time, which explains why he's a little bit jumpy the whole time spouting off questions. we all kinda came to an agreement that he knew he wasn't gonna get an honest answer, so his actions were to prove a point. as far as knowing that they were gonna taser him for it, that's another story. shit definitely makes me angry that if you ask a question this day and age, they wanna silence you for it.
