they were coolest before they blew up, but they definitely have their own, undeniable sound. my favorite album is 'is this it?'

Yeah their newest album kinda stepped of their old sound but it had some very good tracks on it, but the rest was kinda crap.
"is this it?" is amazing. pretty much every song on that album is good. it has like a 70's/grunge feel to it. well it does to me. haha. i still play it about twice a month. start to finish i give it an 8.5/10.
and as far an they're newer shit..."room on fire" i think its called? i got it the first day it hit the stores and wasn't impressed. it was a let down. i think i only gave it abot 5 plays and then gave it away. haha.
all in all i'm into em.
yeah im into the Strokes.
i thought their new album was good though, better than their second album in my opinion.
Elictricityscape is one of my favourite tracks.
