when you're shopping around, I suggest using Craigslist.org. I've bought my last two cars using that sight. both in good running and condition and both atleast a couple thousand below blue book value.

i dnt kno the car market in the states that well. like everyone else i suggest a civic, but there are alternatives. VW golf, Audi A3, Toyota Corolla, BMW 316-320, Mitsubishi Eclipse, Honda Accord, Mazda MX-5.

my advice, research the car your gonna buy well. learn about all the problems that can occur with it and shit. so when u go to buy it you actually know wat problems to looks for, dnt let your $4000 go to waste.

^I'd stay away from Eclipse's regardless of the year, one thing wrong in the engine then you get to pay for a mechanic to figure out which of the 26 possible things that COULD CAUSE IT actually IS causing it. a pain in the ass that most can't afford

they got Canadian listings, I'm not sure if Toronto is one of 'em but I think it is. look for it in the city listings usually on the right of the screen****edit....nope just checked, they've got some canadian cities there but the T-dot isn't one of 'em. Isn't Detroit close? my canadian geography is absolute shit lol
