"Da Mysteries of Chessboxin', first of all the word "mystery" means "unknown", you know, and the game of chess is like life, so in reality there is no mysteries to chess, it's just to those who don't understand life"- The GZA
1. "Pulling Someones Card"
Means to call someones number or bluff...to clock what they are up too.
Say you are suspicious of someone and you turn out to be correct...you pulled their card
2. "The Vick"
Not to sure but I know Cappadonna says it a lot...and on The Struggle he has a track Called "Season Of The Vick".
I think it might mean "Victor" but then again it could mean "Victim"
Cappadonna also says it on "Run" from "The Pillage"
3. "Swen" To Have The Block "Swen"
This means to have the block on "Lock" or "Lockdown" they talking about selling drugs >
They own the block...they got it sewn.
Masta Killa says it at the end of "High Price Small Reward" meaning it in a rap sense:
"We Got It Sewn"
PEACE
