Hell yea. I'm not buying a shitty album. Chances are, if most people aren't digging it, there's a reason why.

in the end its just one more persons opinion.

on top of that, they're probably not into hip hop or wutang on the same level as people here are.

only reviews i tend to take any notice of are rapreviews and they fuck up every now and then also.

its obligatory for Rolling Stone etc. to give Dylan, Rolling Stones, Beatles etc etc. perfect scores.

the beatles yea, but dylan, nah that aint true. there's a good 15 year period where atleast 10 of his albums in a row averaged about 2 and a half to 3 stars. stones got alot of shitty albums too.

    im not saying every album...

those mags throw around perfect scores to rock bands like its nothing.

when it comes to hip hop it needs to be something supposedly different like Kanye to get any exposure.

I saw it on the shelves today, and yes 3,5. But they were full praises. They only name tossed Take It Back as gritty, and Life Changes as something that even the hardest thug would shed a tear to. All in all it was pretty short and read like a really small paragraph.

Stylus and Spine Magazine are the only two I pay any attention to. But there's nothing like your own opinion!

^^ They originally caught my attention with their excellent review of MF Grimm's American Hunger.

OYeah, they had some funny wu tang timeline. starts with the birth of rza. then the switch of rza from weed dealer to producer, the release of 36 chambers, dirty getting robbed and arrested for treatening to kill his ex wife. wu being on crank yankers, and one of the characters getting caught in a drive by, wu-tang being racial drafted by the asians, dirty dying, and the somethign else. I maybe missed three.

its just some promo for the group. should be happy its in there.
The earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that in glory and in triumph they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot.

People are too stupid to effectively conspire to do anything, but not too stupid to come up with conspiracy theories.
