Zhan Zhuang here. The day Wu Tang Forever came out I was in heaven. The musical quality rza added to their raw rhymes have me in a trance to this day. Smokin weed was normal for me to do daily back then. Two years ago i got arrested for my third dui and havent smoked since. Bout to get off in 3 months havent decided if ima start back up thou.

I feel i should explain my name, it is one form of chi kung. After i heard rza's song i had to investigate further. I went to Boarders found a zhan zhuang book, started to practice and after 2.5 months of daily practice felt a forcefield of energy around me. It feels like a calm but energetic energy that pervades my whole system
