I don't know too much about the infraction system or how many points it takes until your banned. If anything I would ask for it to be customized further before I started using it. All I know is people start whining whenever they get one of those. They expire after 10 days anyway. I don't even think anyone has ever been banned due to too many infractions.

I just go straight to banning if its needed....consider 2 days of ban a warning.

I use the infraction system when I see convos outside of gen chat go awry.

Its just a warning but I can not catch all the BS so sometimes things are missed but when I do see it I send an infraction.
Something seems to be wrong with the system because normally it tells you why and recently I get PMs asking what they did because the message tells them infraction can not be found or something like that.
