you skip that sick joint? vast aire destroys it...
anyway the wisemen LP is a personal classic and maybe my album of the year
i'd say 8D then offering
Im putting my money on The Big Doe Rehab, GFK already came correct on the few 8 Diagram tracks he was on.
"8 Diagrams" is the best album of the year from Wu.
"The Offering" is second place.
"Afro Samurai" 3rd.
"Cilvaringz I" 4th.
Hell Razah 5th
gota be the diagrams
damn its been a good year for wu when u look at all thoses albums, the only 2 im not sure about is big doe which isnt out and Polluted Water (which was a fuckin waste of the 15 minits it took 2 download)
either way i hope 2008 will be good aswell we got aload of shit comin.
gza album
cuban link 2
bobby digital album
gza's son
new bronze ?
mabye even a new u-god album
yep, my HR pick would be Renaissance Child over Razah's Ladder. Ladder is cool but it doesnt have a ton of replay value for me. couple of other years past Cilva would have been ranked higher, 4th aint bad considering how much dope sh1t they dropped this year
Offering was definately strong as hell, underground album of the year and it was the overall OOY but 8D came thru
you put Big Dough Rehab but no Wisemen???
for me it's
Wisemen Approaching
The Offering
Cilvaringz-I
Renaissance Child
they're all flames..
like Ya Bane, 8 Diagrams doesnt qualify for my rankings yet...it doesnt come out for another 2 weeks and the leak has only been around for less than 48 hours
The Wisemen album has been growing on me alot lately, I didn't think much of it at first, but the more I listen the more I begin to grasp it's intricacies and as I do it just shines brighter in my view.
"I pledge allegiance to the hip hop"Method Man
Both the Hell razah's, then the KP joint..........forget all that other jazz.
