I've been watching alot of Scorsese, and alot of De Niro.
I just recently saw (for the first time):
Taxi Driver (one of the best films Ive ever seen, De Niros greatest performance)
The Deer Hunter (I know its not Scorsese, Walken is amazing in this, as is De Niro)
Mean Streets
I also watched Goodfellas today on tv (half of it atleast.. but Ive seen that movie like 50 times already.. its my favourite

Taxi Driver is already my 2nd fav movie.. and Mean Streets and Deer Hunter are also now in my favourites.
The Deer Hunter is an amazing film. Not sure I ever wanna see it again as it's so depressing, but a sublime film all the same.
If you like that, I recommend Salvador. It's another perfect film, that is so depressing you won't wanna watch it again even though you'll think it's brilliant. As it's based on a true story, you can't even say "It's only a film" and make it all better!
