New York, NY (CNS) - With a newfound naked earnestness, Alicia Keys rode the basic beat and snaking piano of "No One" again to the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100 list. The single from her best-yet release As I Am, has enjoyed 13 weeks on the charts while simultaneously basking in critical praise.

At the same time T-Pain remained synonymous with the top 5, as the hip-hopper is featured on Chris Brown's #2 hit "Kiss Kiss" and Flo Rida's #4 "Low." Timbaland's "Apologize" dropped from #2 to #3, while Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly," in its 23rd week on the charts, rose from #6 to #5.

Finger Eleven worked their way back into the top 10 as "Paralyzer," the most experienced of all top 10-ers with 26 weeks on the charts, moved from #11 to #10.

Meanwhile Soulja Boy Tell 'em's "Crank That" continued its post-summer decline falling from #5 to #8
