Oh an for that year 2012 that people keep mentioning.... Supposidly the world is gonna go into Armageddon alot of people believe, according to this show that was on History Channel or some shit, I think it was called something along the lines of "Bible Code Breakers", and the people on the show like found clues in the bible that the world is going to end in like 2012... I don't remember the whole thing, google it or something, but that's prolly where they got the idea.

but in the movie they cure cancer by genetically altering the measles virus and the virus mutates and kills 90% of human life and turns the rest into rabid animalistic wildmen who burn in the sunlight called darkseekers. will smith is an army scientist living alone in NYC trying to find a cure because he is immune.

Ending could've been better... the Shrek scene was all out of place and just a shameless plug.

People who didn't like it, I think were just dissapointed how the movie went because I was hyped when I saw the first trialer. It seemed to be like a action thriller movie at first but wasn't really that.
