u have to figure about 80 to 90% of all players were taking something between 1988 and 2004 but that does not mean he was and it can never be proven if he was or not

Its not the same as back in the day. Nothing about sports really is. Basketball could be the closest but the skill level (not physical talent) of the players is nowhere near what it was in the 80's and early to mid 90's.
