Not sure if this is so much sad as incredibly fucked up and depressing, but:

    MF Grimm - A Mother's Heart

Thinking about it, Grimm is pretty much the master of the sad hip-hop song.

speakin the truth, you can say every MF Grimm song is sad b/c it's about his life.

    my pick:
MF Grimm - Lift Me Up (Snakes & Ladders)

I've only played that A mother's Heart five or six times in full. Not because it's bad, but because the story is so damn hard to listen to.

    Dragon by Killa Mike

In 2 Deep by Three Six Mafia (Chapter 2)

    I Cry (Again) by Freeway

    Little Ghetto Boys by Wu-Tang
    weep for lost babylon,
the bleeding god, the forgotten sheep slaughtered in a forest of evil fog
bordered by a sea of faults,
fleeing mobs turn to see the holocaust and become kings and queens of salt
    screaming shots, police and chalk,
wingless fallen demons walking among us as people...

edit: OP already mentioned this one, but fuck it. One of the realest rap songs. It's the only eminem song I still like after actually being a fan for years.
