Roots Of Evil sucked. I didn't like the beats at all. It's a boring album.

thats harsh you are pretty severe though with what you think sucks. All G Rap albums are at least good the beats on 4,5,6 and Wanted o A were his best but Dr. Butcher made some tight shit for Roots

The shaolin and the wu-tang could be dangerous!

I don't have a problem with Kool G Rap's lyrics on the album but the beats sucked. If the beats would've been tight, i would've liked the album. The Giacanna Story album he did after Roots Of Evil is much better.

G Rap reached a peak on this album, but the guests and beats were garbage for the most part.

Damn shame, could've been another classic.

Great album... G Rap kills it, some of the beats and guests could be better. But overall a excellent album.

Haha, that's awesome how CJ came back like a year later and again stated that the beats are wack.

None of G Rap's solos are all that amazing. It's a good album though. There's a few really good songs, some good ones, and a few skippables.
