this case has huge significance in terms of precedence, if this ban is continued there would be just cause for banning half of the active posters in General Chat.

he was sending PMs with pics of beautiful women to the peeps he liked, and gay dudes to the peeps he disliked...

plus, he made fun of Sunny Winters' obvious racism by asking him if he's a n**a on PM.

the thing is that he was never warned, not once, and secondly, Sunny Winters and other cats make racist remarks all the time and they're serious, while pablo was clearly joking.
