I was really happy for MK that he got some shine for this. It got some great reviews - I remember one was sort of 'If Wu delivered another classic right now would anyone notice - well they just have' and I thought yeah he really deserves some credit and limelight. I went solid though as it wasn't as good as I hoped and I think is over-rated

Too appreciate MK verse on school you have to have went to High School in Brooklyn. His verse is really potent. Erasmus Hall all day.

Dope LP, too bad Made in Brooklyn was garbage. Who was the A&R on that one?

Oh, where is U-God on this LP?

I think this album has aged well. It has alot of replay value for me something many post millenium Wu albums don't. I consider this a personal classic, I appreciate some will dissagree on this album. It just had that cohesive feel I like in albums, MK was great on this. I do think his slow flow puts many off though. All the guest dropped great verses and the beats were top notch. Loads of classic tracks that end up in alot of my playlists. The title track, grab the mic, digi warfare and my favourite the last track Masta Killa. I remember posting in the past about the track Masta Killa, wondering whether he was dissing Eminem.

If I recall correctly, I believe the A and R for that project was Dev 1 and U god was on Digi Warfare. Do not sneeze or else you might miss him.

This dropped fifteen years ago today. Still gets a lot of play from me, Masta Killa really captured lightning in a bottle with this one.

damn 15 years ago. It's weird to think how long Wu-Tang has been relevant. I remember before this album came out it seemed like the twilight years of Wu-Tang's career and that we might never see an MK solo. And yet here we are

Masta Killa is the most consistently good MC out of Wu-Tang. Every member has a below average album except this guy. EVRYTHING is above average, at worst.

Masta Killa yo. Slow and steady wins the race.
