    Dope album.

Can listen all the way through. Love Spell is the weak link though.

Like the fact it's not full of wack skits as well.

Album is ok , some filler... Love Spell, Digi Warafre, Queen, The Future skit, Masta Killa isn't all that great either...

Insane album, gave it a proper listen today for the first time in a while. School, last drink, masta killa, old man, all classics.

Man what a fucking album, such a breath of fresh air from some of the other dissapointing later wu shit.

I think this was one of the most underestimated albums ever, I thought it was gonna be average as fuck.

For nostagic purposes, I may have to give this album a listen tonight. Four years later, I still think this is a phenomenal piece to add to the Wu-Tang collection. Very solid album. Still has replay value.

Let Me take this off ya'll hands.....

    1.Intro

    2.Grab The Microphone
Ok, here we go first album by Masta Killa LONG overdue, beat drops on some smooth shit, it's pretty calm and Masta Killa comes in and introduces himself to niggaz that though he left and the newcomers "Salutation, greetings ladies and gents, good evening, I'm ya speaker for the evening" with that he grabs your attention, he spits real smooth and on point on here, that's the point of the track. Pretty Solid. 4/5

    3.No Said Date
The title track IMO has to be one of the best tracks on the album. This is. Even though this was ripped from Outkast (See Skew it on the Bar-B) it's all good , the beat is real nice, I like how Rza flipped this one and Masta just goes in, one of his best lyrical performances,
"They said the God wasn't never comin' home
Grandma in a nursin' home, my mind is blown
I'm known to walk alone, but the fam
Is deep, yeah we all love heat
These military arm' marine, sub machine gun
    Legend of Brooklyn, master craftsman
Lord, when you droppin'?" No said date
    Thought premeditated, well calculated
The air's been tested, the people can't wait
So, ahh -- we agreed to send one, to swim from lost to found
See truth be the life preserve, we can't drown
Drunk with the victory, the Wu cavalry
Bomb the seminar, the last "hoo-ra" for chivalry
Classical, Yo-Yo Ma, laced in the bulletproof fabric
    Crafted and mastered in space
What better place of birth than the Earth
When a star is born, but the path is narrow
Float across the Verrazano, stack ya ammo
Hit 'em while we got the muscle, in the streets we hustle
For survival, watch the God reign, build me a brain
Support it with a physical frame, imperial Asiatic material
Scratch the serial, smoking him, he gonna need a miracle
Prepare for burial, it's time, .45 to your head, drop your nine
We came to collect, the debt is overdue, yo
Set to connect with Deck, we pushin' through
Yvette with the red Corvette from Lafayette
Pussy stay wet and she hold Tec
Respect to the six, she sexy wit a switch
Gun never stick when 'victions for the brick, shots lick"

He definitely came threw on here.
    5/5

    4.Last Drink
I love this beat on here and the Kung-Fu sample used, and Masta Killa
does his job real well on here, some wack lines "lion like roar", but mostly
good shit "I'm came home from the war head fucked up from the things that I saw"
he comes through on here, a great track.
    4.5/5

    5.Love Spell
Not feeling. I remember at the Wu-Tang concert this guy came out on stage
looking like he came straight from jail, he got booed like crazy I was leading
the pack lol. Anyways, I'm not feeling this track all like that, definitely could've
been left off the album, that little skit before the song was bad. This is pretty
    below average
    3/5.

    6.The Future (Skit)
    C'mon......

    7.D.T.D.
I'm feeling this track right here, Beat seems pretty solid and a banger
Raekwon starts the track off real smooth, that shit was real crazy Raekwon
spits ill dartz and catches you, Masta Killa comes in and comes in with his
smooth flow "Party people gather round watch the GOD get down" for some
reason that shit gets you hype and he just goes in, and to top it off Ghostface
is on the track and kills it, a nice Wu-Collab no doubt.
    4/5

    8.Whatever
Beat is bananas I must say and streetlife goes in, flowing like crazy, but
Prodigal Sunn easily makes you forget about Streetlife's verse with his verse
lyrically on point, then Masta Killa comes in and finishes it off nicely,
    a pretty solid track.
    4/5

    9.Secret Rivals
This track is crazy, the beat just gets me in a mood then you hear Priest's
voice you know he's bout to rip this shit, Masta Killa got shitted on this time
just listen," I whip tornados with Iron Chains", Method Man comes in and KILLS this shit
5 star flow and the lyrics are on point

We walking dogs, foot soldiers, fuck you all
Guns and Roses, play the wall
The final curtain calls every day, all day
We hurtin' ya'll, project hallways is triflin'
Public Enemy, number one, still fightin'
    The power, like Tyson
When nothing else work, start bitin'
Swallow up that weak shit, they writin'
Spit it out, frustrated with the line
Hard for me to get it out
Intellectual, architect, bomb threat to a vegetable
Mr. Meth, you can get the left and right testicle
Step to the rear, Wu-Tang on arrival
Raised in the ghetto, singin' songs for survival
Nothing else matter, Suspect Chin Niggas shatter
Clap a mad rapper, red dot beemin' on the blood clot, splatter
    University, anniversary of terror
    It's now, or it's never
Ain't no in betweens in the cold war
Can't hold it down, got a thousand that can hold yours
Starvin', pardon me, God, I get a charge
Like a human lightin' rod, strike back with no regard
For the innocent, harder than the bricks in my tenements
Wu-Tang Forever and a day, we be killin' it
This is a classic Wu-Cut no doubt. 5/5

    10.Skit

    11.Digi Warfare
I'm not really into this track all like that, beat is aight, then they got that wack ass U-God cameo in here, I was mad at that, you don't wanna hear the track anymore after you find out U-God isn't on it. Plus this is average. 3.5/5

    12.Old Man
The S & S sample is all good, I like what they did with it, but this is average as well, this is one of the last times you hear Rza flowing on beat and you have one of O.D.B.'s last appearances so this isn't all that bad. 3.5/5

    13.Queen
The beat on here is better than the love spell track, but this is still some average shit. I'm not feeling the hook, but I do think Masta came better than he did on love spell i'll give him credit for that.
    3.5/5

    14.School
I wasn't really feeling this joint like that at first, but it kind of grew on me. The beat is on point and Rza drops a re-used verse (See Remedy - Education), it sounds aight, then Masta Killa comes in and drops that knowledge on ya'll. Like I said I wasn't really feeling it like that but it's gotten better. 3.5/5

    15.Silverbacks
This beat is real nice on some rainy day shit for me, and Deck starts it off real nice on some nice shit, he definitely goes in on here with the beat, your attention has been captured, this is one of his great verses (Non-Battle Style Rap), then Masta comes in and does his job stays on topic and lyrics are sharp, Gza tops it off with one of his metaphors it was cool, nothing too special, this is another highlight on the album. 4.5/5

    16. Masta Killa
I like the Bruce Lee samples on this track, the beat is aight and Masta comes sharp with the lyrics a nice outro to the album, pretty good shit. 3.5/5

    Beats - 4/5
    Lyrics - 4/5
    Overall - 4/5

This is the LONG anticipated album by Masta Killa and he came correct, for the most part the lyrics are pretty solid, and there is a some good production on the album, but some tracks could've been left off (See Love Spell) and some were weak (Digi Warfare), it's all good though, also it kind of gets weak towards the end of the album which kills it , there is no type of replay value on here, but this album keeps you wondering what took so long??? ****Overall 4/5****

felt the same, there was an element to this album that made it a true Wu album but with a different perspective and feel that hadnt been introduced yet
