Thank you, this shit is not even that good. 3.5/5 is the most i'll give it. On a good day it'll get a 4/5. Shit is not hot, Lex diamonds is better than this, lol.
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.

This album is sub-par. 3/5 at best. I don't see what all the hype is about.

Last Drink = one horrible beat.

definetly best wu joint out since 'supreme clientele'
this cd captures the essence of the wu, if this was released in 95' it wouldnt sound much different.
since hearing this album, i really started paying attention to his other verses on wu albums, i think hes one of the best in the clan

I own over 200 albums, and i would have to say that this is in my top 20.

    7.D.T.D: 5/5
    8.Whatever: 5/5
9.Secret Rivals: 5/5 (Meth and Priest Come Right)

It's a very strong album production wise. Masta Killa has some really good lyrics, but he lacks energy and enthusiasm. not a personal classic, but I still enjoy listening to it.

4/5. The production is really not that good, I think MK comes nice but the beats just aren't there sometimes. I hate the secret rivals beat, the silverbacks beat is average, Last Drink is an okay beat, and Digi Warfare is just a really bad song all around. Other than that, I love Grab the Mic, School and D.T.D. grew on me. All the other tracks are solid, and it makes up a solid album.

This is actually my favorite album. Not just wu but all of hip-hop. I only 19 and this album got me into hip-hop and the wu. I think thats why I like it so much.
