Rae is not only stupid in general but he's delusional. He thinks people care about this like it's the second coming. No that was Immobilarity and that was horrible. The only people who care about OBFCL2 are wu fans, and now most don't even care anymore as they wait and wait for Rae to take what was probably a good album and ruin it.
