Man its been a shitty week for me...I got fired from my job as a College R.A. (for breaking the rules lol...I had a cat in room) so I was given 2 days to move out of my room and get a new place. While packing though, I though about being a no show in this battle so I said fuck it. I sat down for a couple of hours and came up with something. Not as sharp as I wanted it to be, but atleast I dropped.

son the point of a beat battle is to show versatility. a producer should be able to flip any sample or sound and make it sound good.. thats what its all about.

in live beat battles that i've witnessed each contestant would be given a random sample and about 10 minutes to make a beat out of it on THE SPOT... u cant just say o its not my style u gotta work wit what u get

100% with that statement... Since last years beat battle we have had to flip all sort of weird shit...spanish...anime and so on.
