What Do You Do?
Just Wanted to ask all the graphics folks in here, what do you all do for a living? just wondering since a lot of u guys are really talented doing graphics.
me i work for a local tv station as a production assistant, i run camera some days and others i run the graphics.

I'm at school doing a-levels in business, ICT and media studies, I haven't got a job
I'm in school getting my associates in Graphic Design.

I'm the Senior Designer for a local, alternative weekly magazine. Been there 4 years now. I handle ad design, marketing materials, page layout and I get to design the cover for each issue. I also run my own freelance business with portfolio pieces ranging from billboards to logos to biz cards to brochures to postcards to t-shirts to CD/DVD packaging... pretty much any form of print design.
There's a lot of talent in in this forum though. I wish I had more free time to play and post some dope wu creations. I'm always checking the graphics forum though, its the first place I go on this site to see what cats are doing. Shit inspires me somtimes.

i been running my own graphics web design firm since 00.
highlights:
designed 80% of indoor/outdoor signage and directories for ATL airport.
redesign of BRE magazine, a music insder mag
created and maintained an online collaboration tool for sponsors of Essence Music Fest 05
wrote and produced a 300+ pg software user guide for cibernet, a wireless roaming charge clearinghouse
currently partnered with spike lee to produce a black film and tv vid share/social networking website.
I'm 8th grade.
I'm a Complex Manager, allong with some colleagues we run a company which rents temporary flats and apartments.
Graphics is my hobby and passion, never really wanted to make a living out of it, this shit relaxes me from the stress at work.
