what's that war gif from? it looks like that hbo war tv series they had.
to answer your question, it would either be Big L or Big Pun. 2pac and biggie already released plenty of material to last a lifetime, but Big L and Big Pun were just getting warmed up. who knows what they would've accomplished.
Noneeee, I don't like zombieeeeeeeeees

I would say Poetic for me. Or to stay loyal to the clan, it would be ODB.
Why do you ask, have you found a way of resurrecting rappers? lol
That war gif looks like it's from the film The Trench, but i'm not sure.

Systematic, global geographic, systemic, neo-synapsis, reload the graphics, notice I spit it rapid
I'm a true master, you can check my credentials, cause I choose to use, my infinite potential.
As I transcend celestial deserts, in search of an oasis / vanishing dreams to lay the fundamental basis / my soul chases / opposite dimensional spaces / material world just erases / I see a thousand faces / as I look into the perpetual sea / a million children follow me / into the molecular structure of infinity.
Big Pun, but not as fat.
His weight messed up his flow on his sophomore album.
Slept On!
Big Pun or ODB.
For producer I'd go for Nujabes

Big L easily. By far one of the most talented rappers the world has ever seen and we only got to see glimpses of what he was capable of with the mic in his hand. He rhymed so effortlessly, had such a clear vision in his songs and is everything what we need as hip hop fans to revolt against the mainstream today.
If we're talking producers, give me Dilla.
