Slayer, man. I'm no metalhead but this shit tears like a hardcore album. Wonder what BPM these songs have. I've been listening to this album for a while now, anyone else think it's as great as I do?

This album is so dope but my favorite will always be South of Heaven. That shit right there was fuckin brutal. Reign pulls a close second.

Haunting the Chapel is the EP they released right before that, but it's essential because it's where they actually crafted the real Slayer sound. Show No Mercy was more like Iron Maiden/Venom worship.

Plus, it has motherfucking "Chemical Warfare" on it.

Personally, I think that Kreator album I listed slays (no pun intended) everything Slayer did, though, although maybe it ties with Reign in Blood since few (thrash/speed metal) albums flow so smoothly
