Default "As Long As You Know" - Scientifik Appreciation thread

Classic Prince Rakeem production, reminds me of Tical tracks.

If yall dont know about Scientifik (theres no wiki page for him), he was an ultra-ill legendary mid 90's rapper who died in the late 90s, as long as you know comes from his second album "Criminal", which as well as this cut by RZA, also was produced by Buckwild and Diamond D. I think Scientifik was overlooked, and he might not be an official Killa Bee, but he brought that sound better than most of them.

as this albums now OOP, and Scientifik died, I thought it'd be cool with the mods to post up a link to download that album for ya to bump -

Didn't he commit suicide in like 1996?

yep classic track, I went fucking nuts the first time I heard it (actually not that long ago). it's a bit lighter than the "Tical" sound, I think it's more reminiscent of Return To 36 Chambers..

it's also worth to mention that this album was made in 1994 but didn't get an official release until (i think it was) 2004.

I don't think he was ever considered a killa bee, but still, he was a DAMN good rapper

the only connection he had with wu-tang was this song as far as I know, definitely not a killa bee. that album is good though, y'all should check it out.
