Wow, I buy a shit load of comics, but some of these huge crossover arcs are just too big and expensive to buy all of. Been grabbing full arcs from various places, but thios would appear to be the new one stop shop.

okay I was put on to this series called The Authority...
it is published by DC's imprint Wildstorm....
it is actually quite good here is more info on them:The Authority is a superhero comic book published by DC Comics under the Wildstorm imprint. It was created by Warren Ellis and Bryan Hitch, and follows the adventures of the Authority, a superhero team mainly composed of Ellis-created characters taken from Stormwatch - a title Ellis had previously written.
It is notable for its intense graphic violence, grand scale and visual flair, often described as "widescreen" comics, and the uncompromising attitudes of its characters.

I'm looking to read the main story arcs from DC from the last 20 years or so, and I was wondering if anyone could do a basic recommendation for what to read and in what order. I mainly wanted to read the different Crisis arcs and other major arcs that affect the DC world as a whole.
If I was to start with Crisis On Infinite Earths, what else needs to be read before/after and what tie-ins (I'm happy to read all) should be read alongside it and in what order? I've seen this list of tie-ins to the main 12 issue COIE:
I've only really read Batman (Dark Knight Returns, Year One, Arkham Asylum, Knightfall, Hush, Long Halloween, Dark Victory, Batman & Son, Resurrection Of Ra's al Ghul etc.) from the modern era of DC.
- All-Star Squadron #50-56
- Amethyst #13 (Vol.2)
- Batman #389-391
- Blue Devil #17-19
- DC Comics Presents #78,86-88,94,95
- Detective Comics #558
- The Fury of Firestorm #41,42
- Green Lantern #194-196,198 (Vol.2)
- Infinity, Inc. #18-25 & Annual #1
- Justice League of America #244,245 & Annual #3
- Legion of Super-Heroes #16-18 & Annual #1 (Vol.3)
- The New Teen Titans #13,14 (Vol.2)
- The Omega Men #31,32
- Superman #414,415
- Swamp Thing #46 (Vol.2)
- Wonder Woman #327-329
If anyone can help I'd be much appreciative.

Hard Boiled:
info
Hard Boiled is a comic book written by Frank Miller and drawn by Geof Darrow, and first published in three issues by Dark Horse Comics in 1990. In 1993 Dark Horse compiled and released the series in a 128-page trade paperback (ISBN 1-878574-58-2). In it, Carl Seitz, an insurance investigator, discovers he is also a homicidal cyborg tax collector who happens to be the last hope of an enslaved robot race.[1]
In 2001 Variety reported that Warner Brothers was in negotiations with Miller and Darrow to adapt the comic book into a feature film, David Fincher set to direct and Nicholas Cage to star. The website comics2film stated that Cage informed Cinescape magazine that he was working to produce the film under his company, Saturn Films. Most recently, Miller himself stated that he will be directing the latest version to hit Hollywood. [2]next up:Code:http://rapidshare.com/files/120091800/Hard_Boiled.rar
