Well, he's class at both, but if he had to give up writing or drawing, I'd say drawing cos there seems to be more great artists than wirters.

At some point i'm gonna have the spare cash to justify buying the Miller/Janson Daredevil Omnibus and omnibus companion.

yeah i think it a draw. his daredevil run back in the day was excellent.

im not really feeling the writing on "all star batman and robin" too much though. it just dont seem like millers puttin his all into it. jim lee's art saves the book.

I never read All star Batman & Robin, but I've heard so many bad things. It seems he was going for something controversial.

Dark Knight Returns & Year One are both flawless though.

I agree, but I think in part because it followed something so classic. Raekwon should take note.

Miller Daredevil run was the end all to beat all I remember copping those when I was younger and I did not even like DD at the time but hit art was sick.

also I really never got into DC but that Dark Knight series he did was just amamzing it is a draw for me he is equally good on both fronts

I think he is easily a better writer than artist.

Frank Miller did the covers of the Lone wolf and cub series. Some ill shit.

These are just some examples, their are 28 of these some ill ones in there.

No one is saying Miller is a weak artist, it's just that there are much better comic book artists out there. But as a writer Miller ranks top of his field.
