What hes talking about though is Wayne intensity on the mic and Wayne creating a new style of rapping (flow-wise). What youre gonna see in the future now is alot of rappers copying Wayne's rap style of almost singing melodies into his verses.
There are alot of rappers out there now that will look at the sales of Carter III and will try to change their style to a "lil wayne style". Just like how they copyed Jay Z's whisper style after the Blueprint. You already are seeing it on all the A Millie remixes, most of the rappers redoing it are putting the lil wayne style onto it while they do it.
