you are moving along nicely.
from here on out i am just gonna point out weak spots. i figure its more helpful than "looks good"
the right side of the chick has jagged edges. clean selections and cuts are key to good pshopping.
tip: use the quick mask button on the layer. then you can use the brush tool to "erase" or "unerase".
you can also cick the quickmask when you have made ur selection then just refine the edges with the brush.
masking is good because its not destructive like selecting and deleting. you can always go back and rework it or even scrap the mask and be left with the orig image.
The font looks alright to me, but are there any better ones?

hmmm.. as stylemaster said u could blend it better, i would try using gradient tool with a quick mask, and the gradient black to transparent and play with it on the quick mask

And maybe give his jacket a slightly paler red tobalance it out a bit.
