death wish: is a great charles bronson movie and is prolly the best of the series of these films and for a seventies flick it's awfully done well for it's day and age. plus it is a great charecter driven flick too.

escape from new york: this is a great action movie with an even better charecters and quarkiness of the film, the charecters and the apocalyptic setting is anything but amazing and this was one of John Carpenter's best films and best exploration of a what if type of movie as well if you really delve deep into the underlayings of the film and it's various refrences. do not watch the sequel good but no great.

Pacino does his thing in this plus it is based on a true story, it is a fantastic flick I just watched it again about a week ago....

this is one of those movies that stand the test of time.

this is dark comedy at its best also this is supposed to be based on a true story but it seems a little to far fetched for me to belive that it is true. Frances McDormand is very funny as a pregnant cop this is a little diturbing for the weak minded though.
