Most Blacks in USA are no longer "black black" anyway. You look at most blacks in US and compare a to Africans skin color its pretty obvious theres been alot of mixing and matching going on down the years. Alot of Blacks in US have some other race or have like a white great great great grandad somewhere in there bloodline. you dont lose darkness because of it being less sunny in some states.
