    Default Any recommendations for music editing?

    I had Cool Edit Pro 2.0 for about 7 years, but the computer it was on passed away. I'm looking for a program to edit songs, like looping, cutting, fading out, things like that, not making music, just editing. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Adobe Audition

    or

    Audacity, which is free.. I havent tried it but it looks capable enough to do all of that.
