the whole system is basically for the vatican members to shit upon people who do things they dont like who are not in vatican, without the other person able to retaliate at all.



Its like holding a midget at arms length by its head while its trying to kick you.


For example ive been given a Neg rep recently because I made a thread showcasing T.I's cool new album cover. I also got given a neg rep for callin someone "an australian" Lol.


They should expand rep abilities to at least Vet members, or people with over 100 posts. Otherwise its just like beating a dead horse when you neg rep someone.
