    Surprised no one brought this up

    Prior to the release of The Dark Knight in 2008, David Goyer ruled out using the Penguin or Catwoman as a villain in a future film, preferring to use antagonists from the comic that had not yet been portrayed on the big screen.

    Ras Al Ghul. Yeh, we saw him before, but he could reappear, usher in another villain like Bane, and make a come back.

    penguin. bring back the mob, maybe add someone secondary, harley quinn as a backup for joker. i dont wanna see catwoman really or anyone "out there". theyre doing it right makin it sorta realistic.

I am suprised that there are true followers here... but yo, Heath Ledger (RIP) is OSCAR Worthy... that is some of the best acting I ve seen in a very very long time... last time I enjoyed a male actors performance was Johny Depp in "Sweeny Todd." And yo I am movie fanatic.

    I can't believe no one mentioned Talia Al Gul, she would be a logical choice to maybe resurect the league of shadows and forge alliances with new psycho criminals such as Riddler, Black Mask or Penguin.

    The Riddler would be a strong guest

    but seriously i don't care any more i just came from the movies right now and...






    no matter what they do they can't surpass Dark Knight i don't care if they do another movie or not i just saw what i need it to see from Batman. The Joker is the greatest villain i have seen on any movie he just fuck up the entire city he far surpass Jack Nicholson's Joker by a mile im speechless...
