    oh yo the beat tape was for free download off the myspace. So like soundclick I just dl'd it and used for non mixtape or sale purposes, Then we just rocked it for fun while at my house. I'll delete it if it's something you feel I shouldn't have done.

    H.Notik, even if stuff is free for download fam, usual thing to do is to ask the producer if you can rock it first. As dope as it is, it doesn't justify beat-jacking anyone.

    I would say jacked is a harsh term in this case as he did give production credit, borrowed without permision I would say!

    Although I must say I don't mind anyone using my stuff I would see it as a compliment but I would be pissed if someone just went about it without asking. But in my mans defence he has approached me and I sure has appoached others as regards to collabs, so maybe he just had trouble getting hold of someone, who has made it difficult for people to get hold of him!!
