I think Ghostface Killah and Raekwon The Chef are inside a car listening to HOT 97 FM in that skit. When GFK says the line "Yo son i have crazy visions" you can hear the DJ pull the record back on the turntable. (Typical sound of Funkmaster Flex.)

Then GFK says "OOoh just imagine if you buy a Navy Blue..." you hear the DJ say "Hot 97!"
