    Did RZA really sample this? I can see where the Ooh-Ah, it's similar, it's like Wu-Tang clan aint nothing to fuck with is like that slowed down, but on the wu-tang song it's also... it sounds like a kung-fu training session rather more than that... the one on the wu track is slower but it's the same tone/pitch... it might just be cut up, I'm not sure.

    yeah I know that, but if someone is listing a song as a sample, then someone should know what was used, or else why identify it?

    After listening to Mr. Sandman in a side by side comparison again, I still think it's the bassline. It sounds sped or maybe a bit pitched up, but there are traces of the same instrumentation.

    Anyone have the sample for the original "Flowers" by Ghostface that didn't make the album. I figure its a sample because they changed the beat on BPW. One of my favorites hands down.
