    Pretty sure you can't do anything...if someone has posted in that thread after you.
    If not just go to your first post and click "Edit"
    Then Edit the bar at the top.

    If all that was unessercary then just ask a Mod to change the title.

    You can't edit the thread title, once it's been confirmed it stays that way. If you want it changed you have to ask a mod.
